Rehearsal dates, participant check-ins, and important show-week information are listed below. All rehearsals and performances will take place in Medina, Ohio.
REHEARSAL SCHEDULE
“SHOW US YOUR TALENT” PREVIEW
📅 Wednesday, September 30
🕕 5:00 PM–8:30 PM (you will not need to attend this entire time frame)
An opportunity for participants to share their act, receive feedback, and become familiar with the production process. Acts do not need to be completed or polished at this time. This is simply a chance to present what you have so far and receive helpful guidance.
A sign-up will be sent so you can reserve a time slot. Participants only need to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled time and may leave once they have finished performing.
Solo, Duo, Trio & Independent Group Act Check-Ins
🕕 Approx. 6:15–8:15 PM

These check-ins are for participants performing their own acts and provide an opportunity to review progress, offer feedback, and answer any questions before the show.

Younger participants will not be expected to stay for the entire rehearsal time. Once all performers are registered, some rehearsals may be divided into smaller groups based on age, role, or what they are learning. When this happens, your child will only need to attend the portion of rehearsal that applies to them.

We strongly encourage attendance at all scheduled rehearsals, as each one plays an important role in preparing for a successful performance. If you have a known scheduling conflict, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that conflicts can arise and will do our best to work with you whenever possible while ensuring the quality and success of the production.
