More Than A Performance
We believe every performer deserves a place to shine. Whether a child loves to sing, dance, act, perform comedy, play an instrument or simply try something new, our goal is to create welcoming performance experiences where kids of all ages can grow while having fun.
For us, the experience leading up to the show matters just as much as the performance itself.
We want participants to feel supported, included, and excited to be part of something special. Through rehearsals and performances, all of our performers will have opportunities to build confidence, develop their talents, work with others, and experience the excitement of bringing a production to life.
At Momentum Talent Productions, it’s all about creating memorable experiences, celebrating each performer’s individuality and giving children more opportunities to do what they love. We’re excited to bring young performers together, cheer them on and create moments they’ll be proud to remember long after the curtain closes.
Meet Your Director
Julie has studied ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and hip-hop dance for nearly 40 years and has been choreographing and teaching since 1998.
Throughout her career, Julie has choreographed numerous award-winning routines for prestigious dance competitions and has received several choreography awards. In 2012, her work earned the award for Best Overall Choreography among 436 competing dances.
Julie’s experience extends far beyond competitive dance. She has trained in all styles of ballroom dance and especially enjoys creating personalized choreography for weddings. Her choreography has also been featured in television commercials and performances involving Rick Smith Jr., NorthCoast 99, the Baldwin Wallace College Dance Team, the Brecksville-Broadview Heights Variety Show, Elementary School Talent Shows, High School Dance Teams, and numerous community and special events. Her extensive performance background also includes performances with Big & Rich, Sam Wright (voice of Sebastian from The Little Mermaid), Rick Smith Jr., serving as a member of the International Hockey League’s Cleveland Lumberjacks dance team. She later founded the Cleveland Barons American Hockey League dance team, where she served as both choreographer and performer.
In addition to her dance credentials, Julie is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and a certified Senior Fitness Trainer. She is also the owner of Dance Again, a program through which she travels to nursing homes and assisted living communities to provide seated therapeutic dance classes to older adults.
Whether she is working with a first-time performer, a competitive dancer, a wedding couple, or a senior participant, Julie brings experience, creativity, and genuine enthusiasm to every class and performance. Her passion is to share the joy of dance, music, and performance with people of every age and ability.
